The Social Mobility Employer Index identifies Britain’s employers that have taken the most action to improve social mobility in the workplace.

Employers are assessed across seven key areas, including their work with young people, routes into the company, how they attract talent, recruitment and selection, and progression.

Engenda Group do alot of outreach work with local schools and colleges, supporting apprenticeships, graduates and school leavers from various social mobility cold spots across the country which was highlighted through the report.

We have really appreciated some of the detailed feedback provided by the report and look to implement them into our recruitment, onboarding and people programs throughout 2022.
