Engenda Group is committed to ensuring high competence and training standards for all our team members.

We designed and built a training rig to allow us to deliver bespoke and standard safety training, allowing employees to practice and demonstrate the standards we expect of them when working with our clients.

We have since opened a training centre, allowing us to share our experience and expertise. The training centre offers a comprehensive range of training courses in a fully equipped, modern environment. Training is delivered in a pleasant, yet challenging way, where all learning levels and abilities are catered for. Our purpose built training rigs combine horizontal and vertical chambers, lifting equipment and bespoke flange integrity training rigs to ensure a realistic learning experience that maximises the ability to transfer classroom learned skills to the workplace.

We pride ourselves on our flexible approach. Where courses allow, we can provide training off site, at client locations or in appropriate locations at times to suit the client.

Engenda Group trainers are industry experienced with a thorough knowledge of learning and development. Their practical experience enhances their teaching methods and regularly receives excellent feedback from training delegates.

Engenda Group is accredited by the ECITB to deliver a range of courses including CCNSG Safety Passport, Working at Height and Confined Spaces. These are all completed to the highest standards set out by the ECITB.
