Tim Adams completes module one of ECITB Supervisor Training Course
Tim Adams, a Senior Process Engineer from the Cleckheaton EPC team, has recently completed the first part of the ECITB Supervisor Training Course (“Taking the Lead”). The new programme has been developed as 3 modules by focussing on the most important areas in the current programme and has the theme of “Giving Supervisors the Edge”.
The ECITB Supervisor Training Course is a comprehensive training program designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge required to effectively supervise and manage teams in the engineering construction industry. The course is divided into three parts, with each part covering different aspects of supervision and management.
Tim successfully completed the first part of the course, which focuses on essential leadership skills and covers topics such as communication, team building, motivation, and problem-solving. The training was conducted by experienced professionals in the field and included both theoretical and practical components.
