Michael Smith joins Engenda Group

If you ask any Project Manager, ensuring a project remains on schedule and within budget can be a difficult task - especially with complex EPCm projects with a large number of subcontractors and stakeholders involved.

As our capacity for large projects expand, we are pleased to announce that Michael Smith will be joining the group as the EPC Project Controls Engineer. Working will both the Runcorn and Immingham offices, Michael will be supporting a number of different projects, utilising his experience in planning, cost and other commercial matters associated with EPC and EPCM projects.

Michael brings with him 12 years of experience in EPC capital projects across a variety of industry sectors. During that time he has worked for Engineering Contractors and Asset Owners both on site and in central services.
