Brandon Winstone

Brandon has been working with Engenda Group since around 2018. Initially joining the team at Runcorn before supporting our operations in Hull, Antwerp and more recently in Immingham and Grangemouth.

He has developed a strong knowledge of stores management, mechanical support and other critical site support activities.

What is the best thing about working for Engenda?

The best part of working for engenda for me is everyday is different. Different tasks at my work place and also travelling away to different sites.

Over the past 4 years I have been able to work in Antwerp, that I’ve worked at in the last 4 years runcorn, Antwerp, saltend and Grangemouth.. every day is different

Which of the Engenda wise values is most important to you and why?

Working as a team.

The on site banter and "brothers keeper" is really important to me. It ensures we are all looking out for one another so we can all work safely and get the tasks completed and go home at the end of the day safe and sound .

What are your hobbies outside of work?

Outside of work include playing snooker, going running and spending time with my friends and family. I also have 3 dogs Jess, Elvis and Elfie.
