Design Engineer

Jamie Bell has been with the group for over 10 years, joining Engenda as part of the acquisition of Clark Eriksson Associates in 2016.

Starting as a junior designer in Falkirk, where he gained a HNC in Mechanical Engineering with Forth Valley College. He has since moved to Runcorn and become a key part of the design and engineering operation in the North West.

Jamie supports our clients piping design requirements, using a wide range of software including AutoCAD, Autodesk Plant 3D, CAESER II and Autoplant 3D.

Which of the Engenda wise values is most important to you and why?

Working as a team is the most important value to me as I believe when everyone works together it helps spark new ideas and lets people pass on knowledge, it also makes the workplace a much more enjoyable place to be.

What is your biggest achievement?

My biggest achievement to date is when I was given the opportunity to become design engineer and make the move from the Falkirk office to be part of the initial design team for the north west office in Runcorn it’s been amazing to see how much the company has grown over the past few years.

How would you describe Engenda in 3 words?

Motivating, flexible, fun.

Do you have any pets?

Buster a 1 year old black and tan French bulldog. We got him a couple of days after moving to into our 1^st home in Warrington.
