Engenda welcomes three new apprentices
Engenda currently have 25 apprentices across Engenda Group working towards qualifications in a variety of subjects.
Barry started his career as an apprentice welder in 1994 with the family business - O'Hare Limited. His career then took him into the offices as a trainee estimator, before moving into the procurement department where he gained a HNC in business.
After spending 10 years in procurement, Barry moved into Manufacturing Management - taking on responsibility for 3 recently acquired manufacturing facilities at Engenda Group.
Barry is now a key part to the Engenda Board, with responsibilities across Manufacturing, Procurement and Operations. He has overseen various investments to our manufacturing capabilities and his leadership has been instrumental to their success and growth.
