Barry began his career in 1994 as an apprentice welder, before progressing into the office as a trainee estimator. He later moved into the Procurement department, where he achieved his HNC in Business, and subsequently went on to manage Engenda Group’s manufacturing facilities.
As a key member of the Engenda Group Board, Barry has built an excellent reputation for fostering positive relationships with clients, employees, and project partners. His leadership style is rooted in problem‑solving, collaboration, and maintaining a productive, solutions‑focused culture across teams.
