With over 30 years industry experience, including 10 years with ICI, Lee is a Chartered Engineer and accomplished business leader. He has worked with the O'Hare family since 1998 in various roles.

Since Engenda Group was formed in 2010, Lee has delivered:

• Reshaped the Business offering and operational delivery from that of Contractor to Engineering Services Supplier.
