Alistair joined Engenda Group in 2020. Alistair leads our EPC engineering function with deep technical expertise and a strong commitment to delivery excellence. Based out of our Falkirk office, Alistair works closely across our operational and leadership teams to drive high‑quality engineering output, strengthen project performance, and support the continued development of our engineering and projects capability.

With extensive experience in engineering leadership, Alistair plays a key role in ensuring our solutions are safe, reliable, and aligned with the strategic needs of our clients and business.
