Engenda Group can assist clients with the definition of this scope, whether it is a simple maintenance improvement or a major capital enhancement. We can provide Project Managers/Engineers and/or Process Engineers to work with you to develop the correct solution and scope.
Our highly experienced team of Project Managers, will ensure your project requirements of Scope, Cost and Time are meet for your project. All of our Project Managers have a wealth of experience as Discipline / Project Engineers and hence can ensure a well engineered solution is delivered by the Engineering and Design team.
P6 development support
Our team of planners predominantly use Primavera (P6) for their planning activities. We can create plans from scratch, develop existing plans, or transfer plans from other softwares into P6 for further work.
For those unfamiliar with the software, Primavera is an enterprise project portfolio management software. It includes project management, scheduling, risk analysis, opportunity management, resource management, collaboration and control capabilities, and integrates with other enterprise software such as Oracle and SAP’s ERP systems
Primavera will allow project teams to:

Secure multiuser access to schedules
Allow project managers to coordinate costs

TAR Planning is whole specialist area of our planning services. Utilising experienced Turnaround and Shutdown specialists, we will support your existing operations team to scope, plan and cost estimate a unit or full site turnaround program. This can be for a one off event, or a multi year program of works.
Our team will help you build the most value driven program possible, ensuring engineering excellence and safety standards throughout. We will help you navigate last minute additions to scopes, or complicated labour requirements.
