Conceptual, Feasibility and FEED

Working closely with our design and engineering team, FEED studies, Process Studies or even conceptual designs are conducted with a collaborative approach across various divisions and technical specialists. These ensure projects or investment decisions are made with confidence, based on sounds engineering and project principles.

Project Planning and Scope development

Project Planning and program management is key to effective project delivery. Effective and realistic planning from the outset will ensure that the key project stakeholders have a realistic expectation of the project time-line. Key Milestones are essential in effective high level communication.

Getting a clearly defined scope right at the outset is essential for effective project delivery. Engenda Group can assist clients with the definition of this scope, whether it is a simple maintenance improvement or a major capital enhancement. We can provide Project Managers/Engineers and/or Process Engineers to work with you to develop the correct solution and scope.

Our highly experienced team of Project Managers, will ensure your project requirements of Scope, Cost and Time are meet for your project. All of our Project Managers have a wealth of experience as Discipline / Project Engineers and hence can ensure a well engineered solution is delivered by the Engineering and Design team.

P6 development support

Our team of planners predominantly use Primavera (P6) for their planning activities. We can create plans from scratch, develop existing plans, or transfer plans from other softwares into P6 for further work.

For those unfamiliar with the software, Primavera is an enterprise project portfolio management software. It includes project management, scheduling, risk analysis, opportunity management, resource management, collaboration and control capabilities, and integrates with other enterprise software such as Oracle and SAP’s ERP systems

Primavera will allow project teams to:

• Plan, schedule, and control large-scale programs and individual projects
• Secure multiuser access to schedules
• Allow project managers to coordinate costs
• Open and schedule multiple projects simultaneously
• Adaptable views
• Team member interfaces for gathering status updates

TAR Planning

TAR Planning is whole specialist area of our planning services. Utilising experienced Turnaround and Shutdown specialists, we will support your existing operations team to scope, plan and cost estimate a unit or full site turnaround program. This can be for a one off event, or a multi year program of works.

Our team will help you build the most value driven program possible, ensuring engineering excellence and safety standards throughout. We will help you navigate last minute additions to scopes, or complicated labour requirements.
