After engaging us is to initiate the program we will meet in person to profile each relevant stakeholder, creating an agreed criteria of requirements, weighted in order of importance so that we may conduct a detailed analysis of the shortlist explicitly in line with your requirements.
2. Search
Engenda Resourcing will guarantee dedicated resource to identify individuals whose experience and abilities may meet the role specification. Engenda will initiate the sourcing of candidates, utilising multiple key channels to then evaluate using the agreed criteria to establish a long list of suitable candidates.
3. Shortlist
The shortlist will be presented to you in the form of our bespoke suitability matrix. This will provide your stakeholders with an honest appraisal and report on each candidate, including our recommendations on which candidates are the strongest. The output of the Candidate Suitability Matrix will provide a quantitative comparison of the shortlisted candidates and clear descriptor demonstrating their appropriateness to the company’s business requirements.
4. Engage
Engeda resourcing will be on hand throughout the interview, offer and onboarding process. Helping to ensure both parties are happy with the outcome of the process. This extra step will help reduce long winded negotiation periods and reduce the likelihood of counter offers.
